Upon successful fulfilment of your order, you will receive an email which will include a link to track your order. Please be aware that there may be a delay between this email and your order being available for tracking.

Cancellations make us sad, but we are happy to process cancellations for you. Reach out to us at info@thetoyroom.co.uk stating your wish for cancelling the order. A full refund will then be processed for you depending upon our checks, a full refund will be processed which should appear in your account within 3-5 working days of the cancellation. 

Please note: We will not be able to process cancellations post successful fulfilment of the order.

All of our packages are shipped brand new and packed along with a packing slip which indicates all the items which are included in the package. If the packing slip mentions an item should be in your package but it is not present, please write to us at info@thetoyroom.co.uk and we will investigate.

Although all our packages are securely packed, sometimes they can be damaged in transit. In such an unfortunate circumstance, please write to us at info@thetoyroom.co.uk with attached pictures of the package. After an investigation, we can either provide a full refund or alternative options for you.

On a few occasions, our logistics partner might have to drop your package to your neighbour or leave your package at a safe place. The tracking will have been updated to advise the location of your package. If you’re still unable to locate your package, write to us at info@thetoyroom.co.uk and we will investigate it further.

If you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list, please click on the “unsubscribe” option on the bottom of any of our mails you may have received.

To enter a discount code, you need to proceed to the checkout. Once you reach, you will be able to see a field named “Gift card or discount code”, where you can apply any discount code you want to apply on your order.

You can complete payment for your orders using a secure Credit/Debit card, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Klarna (Pay in 3, Pay in Full, Pay in 30 days) and The Toy Room Gift Card.
